Millbury, Mass., Feb. 23 - Miss Delia Chapin Torrey, aged 93 years, aunt of former President William H Taft, died tonight at the Torrey mansion after a brief illness due to a general breakdown. The only relative at the bedside was a nephew, Horace Taft.
