Marguerite CHRETIEN  was born 23 May 1696 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Marguerite died 20 April 1746 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Michel CHRETIEN and Marguerite COEUR dite JOLICOEUR.

Mathurin  married  (2) Gertrude BLANCHET 10 May 1756 in Montmagny, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Gertrude BLANCHET  was born 10 January 1713 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Gertrude died 12 September 1796 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud).  Gertrude was the child of Guillaume BLANCHET and Marie-Anne GAGNÉ.
