Mathurin  married  (2) Madeleine BOULET (BOULAY) 22 January 1760 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Canada .  Madeleine BOULET (BOULAY)  was born 29 February 1732 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Madeleine was the child of Jean BOULET (BOULAY) and Marie-Madeleine ANCELIN (ASSELIN).

Mathurin GAGNON died 28 July 1765 in Berthierville, Province of Québec, Canada .
