Marie  married  Michel-Augustin CHARTIER 4 August 1835 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .  Michel-Augustin CHARTIER  was born 27 August 1818 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire) (Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  Michel-Augustin died 17 January 1837 in La Présentation, Québec, Canada (La Presentation-de-la-Sainte-Vierge) .  Michel-Augustin was the child of Joseph CHARTIER and Rosalie FONTAINE.

Marie  married  (2) François DESMARAIS 3 October 1837 in La Présentation, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 15 children. François DESMARAIS  was born 16 February 1794 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire) (Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  François died 8 November 1863 in La Présentation, Québec, Canada (La Presentation-de-la-Sainte-Vierge) .  François was the child of Paul DESMARAIS and Marguerite LOUPE dite ROCHELET (ROCHELAIS).
