Mrs. Louise Erskine, 63 Summer street, Lewiston, received word Monday of the death of her father, Charles Edward Barker, in Richmond, Maine, where he had been living for the past five years. Mr. Barker was a member of the G. A. R., and was born in China, Maine. Heart failure was the cause of his death which was very sudden. Mr. Barker was 63 years of age.
