Julia A TETREAULT (ROWE)  was born abt. 1838 in Colchester, Vermont, USA (Malletts Bay).  Julia A died 7 April 1920 in Burlington, Vermont, USA.  Julia A was the child of Pierre (Peter) TETR(E)AULT (ROWE) and Betsie (Betsey) (Elizabeth) CROSS (LACROIX) (COUVILLON).
