This gravestone shows Edward Renaud and Parmelia (Emily) Martin. It also shows Mathilda Renaud, her husband, George Cournoyer, and Valida Renaud Phaneuf. Mathilda and Valida were my grandfather, Leo Baker’s aunts. This stone is located in St. George’s cemetery on Paige Hill in Southbridge.

Funeral
Mrs. Valida Phaneuf SOUTHBRIDGE, Feb. 21. - The funeral of Mrs. Valida (Renaud) Phaneuf, 57, who died Wednesday, was held today from her late home, 107 Marcy street. A requiem mass was celebrated at Notre Dame Church by Rev. Wilfred J. Racicot. The bearers were Edward and Leo Baker, Hector and Wilfred Renaud, George Cournoyer and Lionel Rapanault, all nephews. Burial was in St. George's Cemetery. In charge of Undertaker Frank A. Sansoucy.
