Marie-Vitaline DESMARAIS was born 15 February 1824 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville, Lower Canada. Marie-Vitaline DESMARAIS was the child of Jean-Baptiste DESMARAIS   and   Magdeleine (Madeleine) LACASSE and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Benoit DESMARAIS and Marie-Agathe ST-JEAN dite LAPERCHE (maternal)  Joseph LACASSE and Marie-Apolline LACROIX

Marriage(s) and Child(ren):

She married  Pierre MARTIN 30 August 1842 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 12 children. Pierre MARTIN  was born 18 November 1823 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire) (Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  He died 19 April 1864 in Roxton Falls, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Roxton).  He was the son of Jean-Baptiste MARTIN and Marguerite ST-JEAN dite LAPERCHE.

Marie-Vitaline DESMARAIS died 13 April 1895 in Bonfield, Nipissing, Ontario, Canada.
