Nicolas TREMBLAY was the child of Basile TREMBLAY   and   Marie-Françoise THERRIEN and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Jean-Nicolas TREMBLAY and Louise-Marie SIMARD (maternal)  Andre THERRIEN and Catherine-Marie CHARLAND dite FRANCOEUR

Nicolas  married  Marguerite SIMARD 19 June 1786 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 7 children.
Marguerite SIMARD  was born 10 September 1766 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Marguerite died 14 February 1815 in Lachine, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saints-Anges-de-Lachine).  Marguerite was the child of Jacques SIMARD and Marguerite MORIN.

Nicolas  married  (2) Marie JETTE 13 October 1817 in Montréal, Lower Canada .  Marie JETTE  was born 15 February 1768 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Marie died 13 November 1826 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Marie was the child of Louis-Amable JETTE and Anne MORISSEAU.

Nicolas TREMBLAY died 31 January 1830 in Châteauguay, Lower Canada .
