Mrs. Catherine Knapp, 90 years old, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Klimitz last Saturday morning. For over fifty years Mrs. Knapp resided in the town of Darien coming to Batavia three years ago. Besides her daughter with whom she resided she leaves three sons, Anthony and Nicholas Knapp of Batavia and Charles Knapp of Darien Center and also one other daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Snyder of Batavia. The funeral was healed Monday at 2 o'clock from the home of her daughter and burial took place in Elmwood cemetery.
