Joseph FOUGERE  was born 22 January 1818 in Sainte-Marie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce).  Joseph died 7 March 1888 in St-Pierre-de-Broughton, Quebec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Joseph FOUGERE and Madeleine RHEAUME.
