Fortunat TREMBLAY  was born 27 October 1823 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Fortunat was the child of Joseph TREMBLAY and Marie-Modeste BOUCHARD.

Marie GUAY died 13 December 1919 in St-Coeur-de-Marie, Delisle, Canada.
