Etienne OUELLET  was born abt. 1813 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Etienne died 13 March 1886 in Sainte-Agnès, Québec, Canada (Ste-Agnes-de-Charlevoix).  Etienne was the child of Joseph OUELLET and Marie LÉVESQUE.
