MAURITZ F. SWANSON

Mauritz F. Swanson, 65, husband of Mrs. Anna M. (Ohlander) Swanson, died today at his home, 115 Main street. Born in Malmo, Sweden, he had lived in Worcester 41 years and was a painter. He was a member of Ragnar Lodge, V.O., and Joppa Lodge, I.O.O.F., of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Surviving, besides his widow, are two daughters, Irene H., wife of Frank L. Weaver of Worcester, and Sigrid M., wife of Raymond J. Clarkson of Paxton. four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Sigrid Bjornes of New Rochelle, N.Y., and two brothers, Alfred Swanson of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Gustaf Swanson of Brooklyn.

Funeral services will be at Borg Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Theodore E. Plamer of Greendale Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in the new Swedish Cemetery. Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
