'234 REPORT CHIEF OF DISTRICT POLICE [Jan.

Peter Renaud, employed by the American Optical Company, Southbridge. On Dec. 19, 1911, while operating an elevator, his skull was fractured as a result of the sheave and bearings pulling away from the supports and falling into the elevator. He died the same day.'
