Sarah ALLARD  was born 22 September 1843 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Sarah died 24 June 1915 in Winooski, Vermont, USA.  Sarah was the child of Joseph ALLARD and Marie CALTON (CARLETON).
