In the name of GOD Amen, I Jacob Teeple, of the town of Esperence, County of Schoharie and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make (???) and declare this is my last will and testament in manner following that is to say, First I give devise and bequeath to my wife Ede Teeple, all my real and personal property of whatsoever (??) or nature and whereever situated for her sole use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life; Second I will and direct that one year after my decease my farm situate on the hill in said town shall be sold by my executors herinafter named, and from the proceeds thereof my debts be paid by my said executors, and the balance after the payment of the debts, be by them (the said executors) invested for the use of my said wife during her natural life.
