Marie-Josephe MARTIN was the child of Jean-Baptiste-François MARTIN   and   Marguerite LATERREUR dite GUEGIN and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Antoine MARTIN and Marie-Françoise FEVRIER dite LACROIX (maternal)  François GUEGIN dit LAFRAMGOISE and Madeleine-Angélique BEAUDIN dite DESJARDINS

Marie-Josephe  married  François-Xavier ROUX 11 April 1790 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 11 children.
François-Xavier ROUX  was born 18 October 1764 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Québec, Canada.  François-Xavier died 25 January 1847 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  François-Xavier was the child of Simon-Prisque ROUX and Marie-Louise LEMAY dite LE POUDRIER.

Marie-Josephe MARTIN died 27 June 1855 in Saint-Norbert, Berthier, Canada East.
