In the matter of the estate of Joseph H. Browe, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that O. F. Kelly, the executor of the estate of Joseph H. Browe, deceased, has rendered and presented for settlement to, and filed in the superior court of Stevens county, state of Washington, his final account as such executor and a petition for the distribution of said estate, in which the court is asked to settle said estate, distribute the property to the heirs or persons entitled to the same, and discharge the said executor, and that Friday, the 16th day of December, 1921, at 10 o'clock A.
