Pierre-Alphonse BLANCHET  was born 6 July 1672 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Pierre-Alphonse died 18 November 1717 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Pierre-Alphonse was the child of Pierre BLANCHET and Marie FOURNIER.
