Noel BLANCHET  was born 6 August 1707 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Noel died 17 February 1779 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Noel was the child of Pierre-Alphonse BLANCHET and Louise GAGNÉ.
