Pierre GAGNÉ (GASNIER) died 30 April 1656 in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Canada, New France .

The great majority of the American bearers of the surname Gagne or Gagné are descendants of one or another of the brothers Louis and Pierre Gasnier from Igé in Orne, France, who arrived in QC in the 1640s.
