Vincent BELANGER  was born 19 July 1773 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Laval, Québec, Canada.  Vincent died 16 July 1855 in Ste-Marthe, Vaudreuil, Quebec, Canada.  Vincent was the child of Jean-Marie BELANGER and Marie-Anne QUEVILLON.
