Benoni  married  Marie TREMBLAY 2 October 1804 in Les Éboulements, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 4 children.
Marie TREMBLAY  was born 20 May 1786 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Marie died 19 March 1878 in Saint-Irénée, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada (St-Irenee).  Marie was the child of Bruno TREMBLAY and Marie-Anne GAGNON.

Benoni GAUTHIER died 10 March 1866 in Saint-Irénée, Charlevoix, Canada East .
