Jean CLOUTIER  was born 24 June 1829 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Jean died 11 April 1885 in Lévis, St-David-de-l'Auberivière, Quebec, Canada.  Jean was the child of Joseph CLOUTIER and Genevieve LADRIERE dite FLAMAND.
