Obituary

NORTON - Lillian B. (Blessing) Hopfner, 95, a retired secretary for Jacob's Manufacturing of Hartford, Conn., died Thursday at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro after a brief illness.

Mrs. Hopfner was born in Hartford and lived in Sarasota, Fla., before moving to Epoch Assisted Living in Norton last year.

She was a graduate of Glastonbury High School.

Wife of the late Elmer C. Hopfner, she is survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was the mother of the late Richard L. Hopfner of Norwell.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

Arrangements were made by McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St., Norwell.
