Joseph-Charles BRULE  was born 8 November 1750 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Québec, Canada (Isle Dupas).  Joseph-Charles died 3 July 1803 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Joseph-Charles was the child of Joseph BRULE and Marie-Anne SYLVESTRE.
