Jean-Baptiste COUPAL  was born 30 August 1822 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Jean-Baptiste died 9 January 1882 in Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur, Québec, Canada.  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Jean-Baptiste COUPAL and Euphrosine POISSANT.
