FORMER BEAR CREEK MAN
BURIED THURSDAY

The funeral of Louis Lyons, 74, was held at 7 o'clock Thursday morning at St Luke Church at Two Rivers. The body was brought to this village and interment took place about 11:30 at St Mary Cemetery with the Rev M. Alt in charge.

The pallbearers were four sons, Walter, Samuel, Edward, and Joseph Lyons; two sons-in-law, N. Holzschuh and Max Pahl.

Mr Lyons died Monday. He was a resident of this community for many years. He was married to Miss Louisa Leanna about 48 years ago at Bear Creek. After marriage the couple located on a farm in the town of Deer Creek where they lived until six years ago when they moved to Menasha where they resided four years. About two years ago they moved to Two Rivers.

Mr Lyons is survived by his widow, four daughters, Mrs Lillian Cavanaugh, Pequaming, MI; Mrs Emma Wangelin, Marlon; Mrs Hattie Holzschuh, Sherwood; Mrs Marie Pauhl, Appleton; six sons, Arthur of Canada; Samuel and Joseph Lyons, Appleton; Edward...Read MORE...
