Obituary
12-07-1941 Mrs. Edgar Vaincourt, died after an illness which lasted almost two years. She leaves to mourn, three sons, Omer, Emhert and Rodger, and one daughter, Betty. The sympathy of the entire community goes out to these two families in their double sorrow, Mrs. Edgar Vaincourt was a daughter of Mr. J. T. and the late Mrs. Vaincourt. Burial took place Saturday afternoon in Ames Cemetery.

NOTE: Her mother died on the same day.

12-11-1941 Mrs Joseph T. Vaincourt, beloved wife of Edgar Vaincourt, died at Franklin Center Québec, in her 45th year. She leaves a husband and three sons, Willard, Wilfred and Earl, and four daughters, Mrs. Charles Thompson of Southbridge MA, Mrs. Weedon MacWhirter of Montreal, Mrs. Douglas McWhinnie of Ormstown Québec, and Mrs. Ernest Charles, of Sherbrooke Québec. Burial in the Ames Cemetery.
