Joseph ELIE (HELIE) dit BRETON  was born 5 July 1771 in Sainte-Marie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce).  Joseph died 22 October 1833 in Sainte-Marie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce).  Joseph was the child of Joseph-Marie ELIE dit BRETON and Jeanne VACHON.
