François  married  Marie-Josephte LACROIX 11 October 1779 in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Marie-Josephte LACROIX  was born 15 August 1758 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Josephte died 9 December 1832 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Marie-Josephte was the child of Joseph-Nicolas LACROIX and Marie-Josephte BLOUIN.

François FRADET died 26 April 1834 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Lower Canada .
