Patrice TREMBLAY  was born 29 October 1843 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Patrice died 17 March 1930 in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, Le Haut-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Saint-Gregoire-le-Grand).  Patrice was the child of Ovide TREMBLAY and Geneviève ROUSSEL.
