Clement DION  was born 20 August 1818 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville) .  Clement died 28 June 1889 in Biddeford, Maine, USA (Biddeford Pool).  Clement was the child of Joseph DION dit GUYON and Marguerite TOUCHETTE.
