Hugues-Roger MARTEL  was born 14 September 1800 in Isle-aux-Coudres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-l'Isle-aux-Coudres).  Hugues-Roger died 29 July 1860 in Sainte-Agnès, Québec, Canada (Ste-Agnes-de-Charlevoix).  Hugues-Roger was the child of Louis-Joseph MARTEL and Angelique SAVARD.
