Flavien TREMBLAY  was born 14 May 1814 in Isle-aux-Coudres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-l'Isle-aux-Coudres).  Flavien died 27 December 1889 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Flavien was the child of François TREMBLAY and Marie-Elisabeth BOUCHARD.
