His marriage, omitted from published vital records of Dartmouth, is in Records of the Town of Dartmouth p. 37, in the New Bedford City Hall: "Dartmouth Aug 16 1741 Ephraim Mosher and Unice Raimen entered into a state of marriage solemnized before me Richard Pierce." Ephraim, laborer, sold land in Dartmouth to Constant Mosher, his brother, in 1755"
