Marie-Amable  married  Etienne MELANSON 12 November 1804 in Yamachiche, Lower Canada .  Etienne MELANSON  was born abt. 1748 in Grand Pré, Nova Scotia, Canada (Saint-Charles-des-Mines, Acadia).  Etienne died 17 November 1814 in Yamachiche, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-d'Yamachiche).  Etienne was the child of Benoni MELANÇON (MELANSON) and Marguerite BENOIT.

Marie-Amable HEBERT died 28 August 1858 in Saint-Barnabé-Sud, St-Hyacinthe, Canada East .
