Jean-Baptiste  married  Marie-Agathe GENEREUX 16 January 1821 in Berthierville, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Agathe GENEREUX  was born 10 March 1802 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Marie-Agathe died 18 June 1873 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Marie-Agathe was the child of Pierre GENEREUX and Marie-Clemence BARBE dite LAFORTUNE.

Jean-Baptiste PROULX died 25 February 1868 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada .
