DEATH OF JOSEPH BAKER

A message comes from Zephyrhills, Florida, announcing the death of Joseph Baker, for many years a resident of Russell and Washington township. He and his wife located in Florida a few years since.

Mr. Baker was a cousin of the distinguished Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of the cult of Christian Scientists.

He was a veteran of the Civil War and is survived by a wife and a number of sons and daughters. His death occurred Wednesday, Aug. 4.
