Charles  married  Madeleine PARE 4 November 1766 in Saint-Joachim, Montmorency, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 6 children.
Madeleine PARE  was born 3 September 1741 in Saint-Joachim, Montmorency, Québec, Canada.  Madeleine died 13 May 1819 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  Madeleine was the child of François PARE and Marie-Madeleine BARBEL.

Charles LAVOIE died 20 November 1812 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
