Louis GARAND  was born 27 September 1812 in Saint-Ours, Québec, Canada (Immaculée-Conception).  Louis died 29 May 1879 in Saint-Barnabé-Sud, St-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Saint-Barnabé).  Louis was the child of Pierre GARAND and Charlotte CHAPDELAINE dite LARIVIÈRE.

Marie-Scholastique GOUIN died 21 February 1872 in Saint-Jude, Québec, Canada.
