Biography
David Moulton, m. November 30, 1851, Elizabeth Doe of Parsonsfield. Was by trade a house carpenter and builder, which business he followed in Boston for forty years or more. Afterward removed to Malden, Mass., where he died April 26, 1887.

Obituary
David Moulton, an old and well-known citizen of Malden, died at his residence, No. 33 Washington street, yesterday, aged 62 years, of liver trouble. He was born in Parsonfield, Me., in 1825, and had resided in Malden for a number of years. He carried on the carpenter and building business at No. 31 Bowker street, Boston, and had invented an elevated railroad with safety attachment, also other valuable inventions. His elevated railroad plant was said to be excellent, and the Legislature is to give a hearing at the State House on its adoption in Boston, on Thursday next. He was formerly a prominent Mason. He leaves a widow and a daughter. The funeral will take place on Friday at 1 o'clock from his late home.
