Joseph DUGAS  was born abt. 1753 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Joseph died 21 July 1843 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Joseph was the child of Claude DUGAS and Marie Josephe MELANSON.

Marie-Madeleine VAILLANT died 8 May 1842 in Saint-Jacques, Canada East .
