Charles THIBAULT  was born 6 June 1811 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Charles died 19 April 1893 in Matane, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jérôme-de-Matane).  Charles was the child of Etienne THIBAULT (THIBEAU, THIBEAULT) and Genevieve-Regis LEVESQUE.
