Anastasie BERNARD  was born 21 April 1811 in Carleton-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Carleton) (St-Omer).  Anastasie died 1 February 1885 in New Richmond, Québec, Canada (Sts-Anges-Gardiens-de-Cascapédiac).  Anastasie was the child of Isaie BERNARD and Rachel BOURG.
