Joseph-Marie-Moise ALLARD  was born abt. 1783 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Joseph-Marie-Moise died 22 October 1861 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Joseph-Marie-Moise was the child of Louis-Abraham ALLARD and Felicite FORTIN.
