Jean OUELLET  was born 17 January 1804 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Jean died 25 January 1881 in St-Ulric, Canada.  Jean was the child of Raphael OUELLET and Genevieve BOUCHARD.
