Joseph BELANGER  was born 8 July 1809 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Joseph died 22 April 1895 in Ste-Gertrude, Nicolet, Quebec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Eloi BELANGER and Isabelle COMEAU.
