Emerence BELANGER  was born 28 July 1841 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Emerence died 1 October 1924 in Asbestos, Quebec, Canada.  Emerence was the child of Joseph BELANGER and Marguerite DUBOIS.
